1. Introduction and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the baji online platform ("Platform") and all services operated under it. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user ("you") and baji. By registering on the Platform or starting to use any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

baji reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. If you continue to use the Platform after updated Terms are published, you are considered to have accepted the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.

Under applicable law in Bangladesh, no person under the age of 21 may use this Platform. If false information is provided during age verification, the account will be closed immediately and any balance in the account may be forfeited.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on baji, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You may open only one account, in your own name and for your own use.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and up to date.
• It is your own responsibility to keep your account password confidential.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts — whether or not using the same mobile number, device or payment method — this will be treated as a policy violation. All related accounts may be suspended or permanently closed.

2.3 Identity Verification

baji may at any time request a national ID card, passport or other government-issued document for identity verification. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily restricted.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

baji currently accepts deposits via three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Once funds are received, they are added to your balance immediately.

3.2 Withdrawals

Winnings can be withdrawn via bKash, Nagad or Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The mobile number registered on your account and the number registered with your payment method must match at the time of withdrawal.

3.3 Third-Party Payments

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account or mobile number is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the relevant funds will be frozen and the account will be subject to investigation.

3.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, unlawful or connected to money laundering, baji reserves the right to cancel, freeze or hold that transaction for investigation.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — meaning a ৳1,500 bonus requires total wagering of ৳37,500.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus may be cancelled.
• baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant account will be closed.

4.3 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive cashback on their weekly net losses. The maximum cashback is 0.4% at Bronze level, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold and 1.5% at Platinum. Cashback is a set percentage of the net amount remaining after total winnings are deducted from total losses for the week.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Policy

baji reserves the right to cancel or adjust bets due to technical errors, incorrect odds or any other reason. If a bet has clearly been accepted at incorrect or unusual odds, it may be cancelled and the original stake returned.

5.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Bets on cricket matches are settled after the official result is announced. If a match is cancelled or suspended before completion, bets will be voided where applicable and stakes returned. In multi-bets, if any one selection is voided, it will be settled at odds of 1.0 and the remaining bets settled accordingly.

5.3 Live Casino and Slots

The rules for live casino games and slots are also governed by the terms of the relevant game provider. If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical issue, the stake is generally returned. However, if the game result has already been determined, that result will stand.

5.4 Match Fixing and Fraud

If any bet is found to be connected to match fixing, score manipulation or any other fraudulent activity, it will be cancelled immediately and the related account will be permanently closed.

6. Account Suspension and Closure

6.1 baji's Rights

baji may suspend or close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicious financial activity or fraud.
• Opening an account while under 21 years of age.

6.2 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. It is advisable to complete any pending withdrawals before making the request. After the account is closed, if all conditions have been met, any remaining balance will be returned.

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

baji believes gaming is a form of entertainment and is committed to ensuring it does not have a negative impact on any member's life. Our Responsible Gaming Policy explains how to set your own betting limits and use the self-exclusion option if needed.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• A cooling-off or temporary break request can be made at any time.
• If signs of problem gambling appear, contact the support team.
• Persons under 21 may not use this Platform, and adult members are requested to take steps to prevent minors from gaining access.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the baji platform — logos, designs, software, graphics and text — is owned by or licensed to baji. Copying, distributing or using this content for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited. Use of the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted.

Any third-party game software or content is covered by the intellectual property rights of the respective provider. Any unauthorised use of such content may be punishable under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

baji is committed to providing uninterrupted service as far as possible. However, baji will not be liable for any loss caused by technical issues, server downtime or disruption due to third parties.

baji is also not responsible for any loss arising from a user's own internet connection, device issues or careless handling of personal information. Keeping your account and login details secure is entirely your own responsibility.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

baji uses SSL encryption on all transactions and follows industry-standard security measures to protect your financial information. However, it is not possible to guarantee absolute security when transmitting information over the internet, so you are also advised to stay cautious.

11. Contact and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Complaints Process

If you have a complaint regarding bet settlement or your account, please first raise it via our 24/7 live chat. If the matter is not resolved through live chat, write to us in detail by email. Our team will review the complaint and respond as soon as possible.

11.2 Applicable Law

These Terms and services are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion. For general questions, you may find answers in our FAQ section.

11.3 Language

These Terms are drawn up in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final. Any translation into English or another language is for convenience only; in the event of any conflict, the Bengali version shall prevail.

12. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between baji and the user. Any prior oral or written understandings are replaced by this agreement.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be ineffective or unlawful, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. A waiver of any one provision on a given occasion will be treated as a one-time exception for that provision — not as a permanent departure from all provisions.
